Ordered from this location last night and was not impressed. Upon arriving to the restaurant location to pick up my order walk in two young girls working one with an attitude said we will be with you shortly so I waited. Once done I explained to her that I was there to pickup my order she informed me it was not ready although the app said it was. No big deal but when I asked her why I didn’t receive the advertised promotion of BOGO50 buy 1 footlong get the other 50% off she got mouthy with me and said there was no such thing and it’s not her problem. I wasn’t going to sit there and argue with her so we got our food get home and 2 of my sandwiches were made incorrectly one having tomato on it which I am highly allergic too so I was not able to eat my dinner especially after having to pay full price and get treated poorly 😞 worst experience ever will not return. Also please screen your employees and try to get ones with common curiosity and customer service skills this location is a joke if I could give no stars I would. A discount or credit me back my money for the two messed up sandwiches also grant the BOGO promo as advertised. Seriously do better subway highly disappointed 😞

Every time I order a sandwich or sandwiches they are never the way I ask for. I have asked many times for my bread to be toasted, they are never toasted. I ask for extra meat and pay for extra meat and do not get it. I am about to go some place else and that is a shame, because I have been using subway here in Windsor since they opened. When you ask for your bread to be toasted it is not , you ask for extra meat and cheese you don’t get it. They sure charge you for it through. I am a very unsatisfied customer.
