Brook Hinchman is the head of North America Global Opportunities strategy at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Brook Hinchman / Brook David Hinchman is a complete time waster. Set up a session with me and never made it, but drove to my location anyway and stayed outside the building waiting to see me come out. I could tell it was him because i saw him in the car and it matched the photos I had seen. i texted him telling him to leave or I’d call the cops and the car then drove away 30 minutes later.
