Seller sent defective product. Agreed to refund them. Charged for freight. Seller did not deliver first quality product and used their exchange policy Purchased 2 pillows from seller. Pillows arrived with terrible chemical smell. Contacted seller following day Was told i could was them and it “may” help. Told them what i received for the price i paid was not first quality product and for them to retrieve them. Seller argued and hung up. Contacted BBR and shortly after seller agreed to send shipping label. Seller also agreed in email to a full refund. After seller received pillows back, they refunded a amount, less shipping. Contacted them and they where rude, abusive and non professional on their conduct and comments. Under law, a seller must delivery first quality product. a $70+ pillow should not smell, and a “may” remove a smell after washing is not a solution to a problem they know exists.
