I had called JDI Dumpster talked with Jon Yankasky owner of the company. I ask him how much will it cost me to get a dumpster and he had told me it will cost me total of $350.00 for 16 cubic yard dumpster. So I said lets do it I need is fast. He had took my information over the phone then he ask me for my credit card info. After that he said in 24 hours you will have a dumpster at your place. 24 hours has past and no dumpster..then I call and they don’t pick up the phone. Few days later I get call from Jon Yankasky says we need to schedule a time to come and pick up our dumpster. I told him I have sent emails to him and called him dozen of times to tell him I never received my dumpster. He told me I was a liar and he hang up the phone on me. I called my bank to file a dispute and my bank said it was to late so I got scammed big time.

I am a 79 year old woman with a fixed income. its been awful..I get no answers by calling them. I cant get them to provide the service or give me my money back for the service I haven’t received. They never deliver a dumpster and charged my account for the full rental fee. They are nothing more than highway bandits! Avoid them at all costs. no one knows a thing. Its awful.. so I am at a loss of what to do. Just want my money back some one please help me

Overall, my experience with JDI Dumpster was not great. While he did not drop off a larger dumpster or any dumpster to my place. This is gone on long enough. He charge me 350.00 billed to my credit card I had to call my bank to file a dispute with the bank and won in my favor got all my money back. Next day I get a phone call from Jon Yankasky owner of JDI Dumpster he made threats to me on the phone said he was going to put a lien on my house because I filed a dispute with the bank and got my money back. I told him go head because he was nothing but scammer and I hung up on him. Few weeks later I got my bank statement in the mail and it said 19 days ago that JDI Dumpster charged 700.00 to my credit card. I was very upset and called my bank to see if I could file dispute to get my money back but the bank said there was nothing they could do to help me. He went ahead and charge my credit card without any authorization, not to mention that he kept my credit card on file without my permission

This Company is a SCAM. Needed to get a huge dumpster on very short notice. Paid $350.00 in cash. Was told it would be deliver next day. Failure to deliver the dumpster. No communication with customer. Attempt to lie and stolen my 350.00 cash. No apologies. Horrible company to deal with. Also, much cheaper than other competitors that should have been red flag.
