Jay’s Furniture is proud to say that we are a Christian based, family owned and operated company. We have been in the furniture business for over 51 years, starting out, as some of you long time customers are aware, with Lady Sylvia’s downtown Hamilton. In order to improve the service that our customers receive, last year we made several changes in our staff. The age range of our employees is 20 to 82, so there is staff that relates to every age group. We offer brand name furniture at price ranges that are affordable even for people with modest incomes. Jay’s has all types of payment options, including a 6 month free lay-a-way program. Our minimal local delivery and setup charge of only $60. helps our customers save money, since the larger stores can be up to $100. for the same service. Our 1 year in home service on all the products we sell saves customers time and money. Jay’s Furniture has established a new Clearance Center that is 45,000 square feet of great buys of up to 80% off MSRP! All NEW products that are special buy and closeouts from our manufacturers. We pass the savings on to you! The address to the Clearance Center is 2250 Dixie Hwy, Hamilton, OH 45011, Hamilton Plaza Shopping Center (in the former Big Lot’s location). The Clearance Center is open 7 days a week, Monday – Saturday 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 pm and Sunday 12-5. Our warehouse is located in the back of this location. The goal of Jay’s Furniture Direct is to satisfy the needs of our customer and especially the needs of those who are less fortunate.
