When I decided I wanted to back out of a corporate car lease and claim back the $450 deposit, that I paid personally for holding the car, they started ignoring me. It says in the contract that the deposit is fully refundable, but they don’t care. I´ve been sending numerous emails, calling and visiting them etc. They only say “we´ll look in to that, you should have your money within a couple of days etc. But the $450 is nowhere to be seen. This has been ongoing for over 6 months now. I’ve never seen this lack of professionalism and poor business practices. It was back in February this year I told them I wanted to back out of the lease. The most recent communication with the dealership was through their Sales Mgr. in July 5, when they tell me via email; “The check has been cut and sent”. Since I never received the check, I started to ask questions again, to what address did you sent the check etc. But I haven´t heard back from them yet.
