My friend ordered battered chicken tenders, they came out like bake tenders…..I ordered a homemade chicken pot pie, it had chunks of Grease in it, not hot maybe warm. It tasted like it was old put in freezer and barely warmed up. Would have loved to talk to someone. No one came to check on us no refills. I was a waitress all through college, and service and or managers walking @ nonexistent here!!! And No not busy maybe 10-15 tables and about 5 waitstaff… No Excuses!!! Other than you just don’t care about customer service, I really don’t know, because if the food and service is like this and from the comments I’ve now read about this place, not sure I’d want to go back.. Your not going to send me a refund, so I guess a gift card would be appropriate. But I definitely feel some type of compensation is owed to us! Oh ya no apologies because no one checked on us!!!
